Don & Robin Scott are a husband and wife team with total of 46 years in the Financial Services Industry. Their collective experience range from enterprise driven program management initiatives and delivery to 401 K Retirement and Planning Services products and services. Their financial insight, investment education and experience moved them to create Magnolia Design Properties, LLC which they founded in June 2017. Their goal was to create a multifamily real estate investment services firm focused on helping accredited investors realize passive income wealth by owning multifamily commercial real estate.

President & Managing Partner
Robin takes care of Marketing and Acquisitions- her focus is on finding high return multifamily investments, working with brokers, financial, legal and trade professionals, touring properties, placing offers, handling due diligence, getting properties under contract and getting them to closing. She also works closely with accredited investors on marketing these opportunities and ensuring every step of the legal process is streamlined with accuracy and transparency to bring passive wealth strategy to life for investors. She also works jointly in the end to end management of the asset with managing partner, Don Scott.
Don Scott handles the conservative underwriting analysis and investor relations for the company. As part of the acquisition process, a simple, yet sophisticated investment analysis process is followed that aligns with their investment strategy and business model giving the strongest, most favorable returns on the opportunity. Through the syndication process, he works with accredited investors to raise private equity through the SEC legal structure ensuring capital is protected and secured for purchases of multi-family properties. As part of the management of the asset, he is responsible for monthly financial reporting and disbursements out to private equity accredited investors.
